I'd also like this.

Or install the `nvidia-drivers` package by default from the non-free repo.

After a successful installation I was stuck in the boot with not desktop
environment showing up. This could only be fixed by manually installing
`apt install nvidia-drivers` and rebooting. Very bad user experience imo
